ODR Mediation
How an ODR Case Works
As a contract mediator for the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR), Nhi facilitates court-ordered mediation sessions, ensuring that parties explore alternative solutions before proceeding with litigation.
Session Details:
Conducted via Zoom (in-person mediation is not available)
Minimum session time: 2 hours
Flat rates set by ODR (equal cost split between parties)
